Friendly staff, availability
Outdated, Dirty, A/C could not cool room, rough part of town, primitive access to rooms, weak breakfast.
Big enough and near to the supermarket.
The room smeld mold and it was so humid inside the room.
Location was close and convenient to UNC
Room was old feeling and not the best smelling.
The beds were comfy and the motel was very clean.
Very nice at the front desk and the room very clean..
Tub and bed were fine.
Requested smoking room did not get. Weird location off road. Access can be tricky.
Mattresses need to be replaced, the trash was full outside our motel room for 2 days..
large flat screen tv, proximity to shopping area including food, grocery, rite aid, and dining, and clothing. the air fan and ventilation system is very outdated and VERY loud but necessary to block out the outside sounds to get some sleep. it's a manageable situation.
Noisy. Heard my neighbors and traffic all night. Older appliances excluding large flat screen tv. check-in person wasn't very friendly or helpful late at night. vending machine with only soda cans.... no water. if you're checking-in at night there is a security window and you need to be buzzed inside...... makes you think you are in a really rough area of town. the water pressure in my room wasn't the greatest. the bathroom was tiny and toilet was low to the ground. no temperature controls and the air fan / ventilation system is very outdated.
arrived late.advertisement said Hot tub in Motel when actually only some suites have them in room so false advertising. Also there is a high mold spore count in the area. The breakfast was sub standard, the oatmeal mostly water(was only halfway through the serving of breakfast),cold.Toast and cereal available but nothing decent for gluten free folks
Bad smell from the carpet. Seems carpet is not needed at all in such places.
Facility has no direct access from the highway. Requires difficult egress and u-turns. Breakfast was very limited.
Staff was a great help!.
Not a bad experience, just that it is a littler difficult to get into the site due to the main road arrangement.
Staff awsome facility s clean
It was good for the money.
Night clerk, at check in was grouchy, not welcoming. Breakfast was so so, but was put off when clerk let a homeless man get some water out of fountain, and he went and put his dirty water jug up and got orange juice instead. Didn't want anymore beverage after that.
This was the only available room for the night close to UNC hospitals where my daughter was a patient. Cost of room was at least half of other hotels in the area.
I was travelling solo female and thought the facilities were a bit creepy. My door opened to the parking lot on first floor. Both the door handle and dead bolt were loose...not tightly screwed to door & wall and well worn. I felt the door was not adequately secured. Room decor was dated, furniture was beat up. Low rent feeling.
